involvement. Utilized on products ranging from thin fin stock to quarter

| Herr-Voss Stamco® Offers a Clear Advantage: Experience | |||||

With a Herr-Voss Stamco® tension leveling system, tension is created by
self-regulating, driven bridle rolls. The metal is then flexed over leveling
rolls to achieve a controlled elongation of the entire strip beyond its
yield point. The result is the permanent elimination of internal metal
stresses. Some of the conditions corrected by Herr-Voss Stamco® tension
leveling include quarter buckle, edgewave, center fullness and center
buckle. Tension leveling can also significantly improve or eliminate camber.
