Innovative Process
Our slitting lines include innovations such as the Patented Strand Extensioner®
Process which eliminates many of the problems associated with looping
pits and produces a flatter, more stable product. For the first time,
slitting operations can produce a slit mult that is of higher quality
than the master coil. This process will slit, tension level, equalize
stresses, maintain critical material surface quality, and reduce burr,
in one safe and highly productive operation. Slitter operators love the
floor line operation.
