MANDREL REPAIR
We remove worn or damaged mandrels from your equipment, take them to our shop for dis-assembly, inspection, repair, and, if necessary, re-engineer and upgrade them before re-assembly. Then we can re-install the mandrels in your coil line.

We repair grippers, bronze overlay the wedges and bearing pads, re-turn and carbide coat segment O.D.'s , and cloverleaf them to minimize coil breaks.

We also repair, straighten and re-true mandrel spindles and quills.

We repair all makes, models and type of uncoilers and recoilers, including double stub, step down and pyramid uncoilers, either caliper or wedge type expansion.

BRUSH ROLLS
We dis-assemble, clean, grind, and balance a wide variety of brush and other specially surfaced rolls.

COATING ROLLS AND RIGS
We chemically clean, weld, repair, hard coat, turn, and regrind the outside diameter and journals of your coatings rolls to your specifications.

We recondition and repair pot rigs and their related parts. That would include: dis-assembly, chemical cleaning and inspection, frame re-welding and repair, plus straightening and replacing of all worn or damaged parts.

BRIDLE ROLLS

We manufacture new or repair existing bridle rolls. We recover working surfaces, repair journals and perform other work as required.
